Can I view inside the facility?
- To ensure the safety of all pups and owners, the City Dogz building is not accessible to the public. Our entire facility is accessible to the dogs and we do not have a traditional front-desk area. We will of course provide picture updates of your fur baby having fun throughout the day!

How do I drop-off and pick-up my dog?
- We provide valet drop-off and pick-up experience. Once you arrive, call or text 678-704-5187 we will meet you at your car to retrieve/return your pup. Relax in your car and leave the work to us!
What if my dog needs to eat or take medication?
No problem! Bring the serving portion(s) of food in separate ziplock baggies when you drop your pup off (food must be in ziplock bags, we do not have the space to accommodate large bags of food). For medication, please provide a written or typed note with detailed dosage and administration instructions.
Can my new Puppy come to Daycare?
All puppies must be at least 16 weeks old and have received all 3 rounds of vaccinations to join
