Instructions For Booking Your Pup’s First Day

Register

1.Click here to register your dog and book their first day/vibe check.  We ask that your dog is dropped-off by 8am and stays with us for at least 7 hours to allow for a proper vibe check.

Reservation Review:

Please allow 24 hours for our team to review your booking request. Most requests are accepted, but we are forced to decline reservations if we have reached capacity for the requested day. You will receive an email letting you know if your booking has been accepted or declined.

Arrival

Drive to the back-side of the building (accessible from Oliver Street), give us a call or text (678-704-5187) and we will retrieve your pup from your car.

First Day/Vibe Check

We will slowly introduce your dog to pack members and examine their interactions throughout the day to determine if your pup will be comfortable with the City Dogz family. You will receive a call or text letting you know if City Dogz will be a good fit for future stays. Please note that a proper vibe check can take a few hours, but you will definitely hear from us once the evaluation is completed.

Picture updates

You will receive pictures of your pup playing and interacting with the pack and staff! You can also follow us on Instagram (@citydogzatl) to see your dog on our stories!

Pick up

Drive-up to the back-side of the building where you originally dropped your pup off, give us a call or text  (678-704-5187) and we will bring your fur baby to your car. Congratulations, your pup is officially a member of the City Dogz Pack!!!
